Using herself as a case study, Nollywood actress Victoria Inyama has given counsel to Annie Idibia, her less experienced colleague.

The fact that the actress’s marriage to her renowned singer spouse, 2baba, ended after more than ten years is no longer news.

After leaving rehab, the movie star returned to Instagram wearing a new look. Annie’s Instagram page was cleared of all images and posts. Later, she wrote a message expressing gratitude to her network of supporters for helping her get through her difficult period.

Victoria advised Annie to look up to her as a role model if she ever doubts herself in her comment area. Victoria pointed out that she is proof of I Rise.

The veteran urged Annie to dominate and reign, telling her that the universe is her oyster.

“If you ever doubt if you will be fine, look at me. I am an Evidence of I Rise. D universe is your oyster Queen. Rise/Rule/Reign. Speak soon”.

Victoria revealed last year that her marriage to Godwin Okrim, her ex-husband and the father of her children, had collapsed.

She described how he would frequently bring his girlfriends to their marital residence to harass her and make threats to either kill her or imprison her.

Victoria claimed to have been physically, mentally, and psychologically abused by her ex, and she occasionally wondered what she had done wrong to deserve to be with him.

She described how her ex-husband would always beat her after Manchester United lost a game in other parts of the conversation. She mentioned that she is still dealing with the trauma to this day and that her son knows about it. They used to joke about it.

Note that in a 2020 Instagram chat, she described the terrible experience she had and how her ex-boyfriend mistreated and ridiculed her. Inyama described how he dislocated their daughter’s arms, arrested her in front of their children, and fed their son food to which he was allergic.

Victoria said she doesn’t regret giving up her acting career for her marriage because of the three children they had, despite everything that had happened to her.

With the release of her film in 2023, Victoria Inyama made a spectacular return to the film industry after a hiatus. The movie star revealed how life came to her and how she discovered her second purpose in life, which has been beneficial to many, when she announced her return to the film industry.
