Video: Bandit kingpins reportedly seen at senator’s house

High-profile bandit kingpins have allegedly been spotted inside the residence of a Nigerian senator, according to a video circulating online.

The footage was shared on Saturday by Nigerian digital creator D English Alhaji and purportedly showed the alleged terrorists inside the senator’s residence.

However, the identity of the senator was not revealed in either the video or the accompanying post.

The individuals seen in the footage had their faces clearly visible and were also reportedly shown alongside Nigerian passports allegedly issued to them.

ZINGTIE observed that one of the passports displayed in the video bore the name Lawal Usman Shehu.

However, the circumstances surrounding the presence of the men at the alleged senator’s residence remain unclear.

The claim has not been independently verified as of the time of filing this report, while security agencies have yet to issue any immediate statement concerning the allegation.
