Nollywood actor Don Richard has talked candidly about a health concern that unexpectedly occurred after he stopped drinking and smoking.

The actor disclosed in a recent video that he didn’t begin to have significant health problems until two years after he decided to give up his previous way of life. The experience was made even more humble by the shock of getting sick when he should have been feeling better.

He claims that while in the hospital, he was compelled to think carefully. The actor claimed that while in that hospital room, he started to realize something that many people are unaware of: many of the illnesses that kill well-known people originate internally.
