VIDEO: Man almost embarrasses lady who ordered N33,700 food during their date

A Nigerian woman recently posted about her uncomfortable date night experience on social media.

The young woman claims that when the male refused to pay for the food she had ordered, the evening took an unpleasant turn.

The woman, who goes under the handle feyibaby on TikTok, described what happened that night and said that her date had said she was fasting, so she didn’t order anything.

As they conversed, she chose to indulge in some delicacies, which came to a staggering N33,700. She was shocked when her date declined to pay, suggesting that she had placed a too expensive order.

Feyi quickly got her ATM card and paid for the food since she was determined not to make a scene. She also bought her buddies back home two more takeout things.

In her words: “Making video cause life didn’t end when I went out with a guy and he refused ordering anything saying he was fasting. I later ordered what I wanted and the total bill was N33,700. Baba refused to pay claiming I ordered expensive stuff. He wanted to embarrass me thinking I ordered what I can’t afford.

“I just removed my card, paid and bought two extra takeaway from my friends at home. It was a fine place so their stuff were pricey. He later called and was like his sister sent him message on WhatsApp that ruined his day, and that was why he behaved like that.”
