ZINGTIE reports that the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has postponed the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

On Thursday, CAF announced on its official website that the competition would be postponed.

The competition was originally planned to take place in Morocco from March 17 to April 3, 2026.

The new schedule has it taking place from 25 July to 16 August.

CAF announced that it made the decision to guarantee the competition’s success, considering certain unforeseen circumstances.

In the last edition of the tournament, which was also held in Morocco, Nigeria’s Super Falcons emerged victorious.
