After being spotted crying at midnight at the breakup of her three-year-old relationship, a woman is consoled by her mother.

The woman @benita0684 stated in the video that her mother saw her crying at two in the morning since her partner had broken up with her three years ago in order to date someone else.

The woman was shown sobbing in the dark in the widely shared video until her mother turned on the light and, to her surprise, saw her daughter sobbing excessively for a male.

Her mother inquired as to why she was grieving over a man who had cheated on her with another woman.

Her mother questioned whether the three years she spent establishing the relationship—which eventually ended with another woman—were to blame.
