VIDEO: Nigerian lecturer struggles to hold back tears as students suddenly surprise him

Many people on the internet have been moved by a group of Nigerian youngsters’ touching expression of gratitude.

In order to express their appreciation to their favorite lecturer, the students organized a surprise gift-giving event that left the lecturer in tears.

On TikTok, a student with the username @opeyemibalogun517 posted a video of the poignant event.

The lecturer in the video was in the middle of a lesson when his students unexpectedly showed up, giving him gifts and heaping him with compliments.

The lecturer was obviously moved by the considerate gesture, and his emotional reaction was overpowering as he tried to hold back his tears.

The lecturer’s eyes filled with appreciation as the students crowded around him with their presents.

“We gifted our best lecturer. He was speechless and emotional,” the video’s caption read.
