In response to a video of Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh praying in tongues, self-described social media watchdog Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VDM, has offered his thoughts.
The actress and entrepreneur recently revealed on social media that she had become born again, and she later posted a video of herself praying to mark the start of the new month.

VDM was taken aback by Tonto Dikeh’s metamorphosis and mentioned that he had seen a shift when she decided to take off her BBL. He remarked on the actress’s new spiritual path, calling her “prophetess” and “mummy,” and gave her his well-wishes.

In his video, VDM made a specific plea regarding their ongoing legal case. He reminded Tonto Dikeh that even God preaches forgiveness and advised her to think about dropping the case now that she has been called by God.

VDM added that he was due in court the following day and utilized the occasion to quote Matthew 7:7, emphasizing the biblical concept of requesting and receiving. He even tried speaking in tongues like Tonto Dikeh and prayed for the actress’s heart to soften so she might forgive him.

This is not VDM’s first legal entanglement with Nollywood stars. Last year, after commenting on a WhatsApp group involving Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh, he faced a defamation suit filed by the actresses along with music producer Samklef.
