There is a video that shows a woman collapsing after allegedly being pulled from her husband’s vehicle by policemen from the Ogun State Police Command’s Oru Division.

According to reports, the fell woman’s husband was charged by the police of operating a stolen vehicle

Oyindamola @dammiedammie35, an X user, shared the incident’s footage.

The woman was seen on the floor next to the automobile, lying helplessly, in the video that OSUN DEFENDER saw.

The woman’s husband, whose face was not seen on camera, was heard stating that he informed the police that his wife was not in good health, but they would not let him leave.

According to Oyindamola’s post written, “Nigerian police officers in Oru, Ogun State, reportedly dragged a woman out of her husband’s car until she collapsed at a checkpoint in Itamerin Junction, claiming her husband was driving a stolen car.”

Through its X handle, the Ogun State Police Command responded to the tweet by stating that an investigation is underway on the matter.

The post read, “Thanks for bringing this to our notice. However, the Command is taking the incident seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action against those responsible”.
