On Saturday night, Russia launched a total of 267 drones into Ukraine, according to confirmation from the Ukrainian Air Force on Sunday.

This attack took place as both countries prepared to mark the three-year anniversary of Moscow’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

As reported by ABC News, the 267 drones marked the largest such assault, surpassing the previous record of 193 drones set during an attack in December.

In a statement shared on its Telegram channel, the Ukrainian Air Force revealed that it successfully shot down 138 Shahed attack drones, while 119 others were lost during flight.

The military administration in Odesa also reported that at least three people were injured by a drone strike. Emergency services confirmed that one individual was wounded in Zaporizhzhia as well.
