Nigerian comedian, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, also known as Sabinus, has spoken up about a horrific romantic experience in which his partner abandoned him despite his extravagant demonstrations of affection.

In a recent livestream with TikToker Sandra Benede, Sabinus described love as “cruel,” emphasizing that he understands what TikTok star Peller is going through after breaking up with his fiancée, Jarvis.

Sabinus revealed that he had been in a similar position with Peller, who has been throwing public tantrums and was involved in a horrific automobile accident following the heartbreak.

He recalled how a lady he gave a range rover to out of love eventually abandoned him. The comedian stated he regretted his decision.

He encouraged Nigerians not to be harsh on Peller, pointing out that love may be cruel at times.

“Jarvis has finished Peller. I have been in Peller’s situation before. Love is cruel. I once gifted a girl Range Rover because of love. She later left me. I regretted it. So nobody should blame Peller,” Sabinus said.

ZINGTIE recalls Sabinus confirming the breakup of his marriage to his wife and child’s mother, Ciana Chapman, via a TikTok broadcast in December 2025.

The pair married in a private ceremony in 2023, and their marriage lasted a little over one year.
