Wizkid bags 7 nominations in Africa Arts Entertainments Awards

The Africa Arts Entertainment Awards (AAEA) have nominated Nigerian Afrobeat musician Wizkid in seven different categories.

The purpose of the awards is to honour and celebrate the accomplishments of African musicians.

AAEA Continental Artiste of the Year and AAEA Best Continental Male Artiste are two of the categories in which Wizkid is contending.

Along with recognition for his collaborations and singles, he was nominated for Best Continental Intl Feature for “Work Me Out,” Best Continental Afro RnB Hit for “Money & Love,” Best Continental Afro Rap Fusion Hit for “IDK,” and Best Continental Afro RnB Hit for “Ebelebe.” He was also nominated for Continental Album/EP of the Year for his project “S2.”

The prize presentation is set for August 17, 2024, in Kenya.
