After suing her husband’s side chick, a woman in North Carolina, USA, was awarded N2.5 billion in damages.
The wife claimed in court that the side chick used seductive methods to steal her spouse.

Brenay Kennard broke her home, according to Akira Montague, her husband’s side chick.

Tim Montague, her husband, has since divorced her and wed the side chick who is a well-known TikTok influencer.

According to NBC News, Akira filed a complaint in North Carolina under a provision known as alienation of love, which permits a spouse to sue a third party if they think the other spouse ended their marriage.

Now that the court has decided in Akira’s favor, she will receive $1.75 (N2.5 billion) from Brenay, who kidnapped her husband and the father of her two children.

In a video that CNN posted on TikTok, Brenay expressed uncertainty about whether Akira would receive the money from her.

She insisted that the marriage had already ended by the time she began dating Akira’s husband, arguing that the court erred in awarding the damages.

Her words: “She said it was okay because she knew her marriage was over with, and it was done.”
