Rapper Cardi B from the United States has disclosed that she nearly miscarried after a recent “freak accident.”
The hip-hop artist said the accident left her paralysed, though she did not elaborate on what happened.
“I had a f*cking freak accident. It doesn’t really happen often, but it became something that was so big to the point I was literally paralyzed. It almost cost me my little one to come,” she said during a recent chat with fans on X.
Cardi B, who just revealed she was expecting her third child, expressed gratitude that the event did not cause a miscarriage. But because she took morphine to cope with the pain, she left the hospital “high as a kite” when she returned home.
The rapper declared that if the suffering continued, she wouldn’t think twice about going back to the hospital.
This comes after Cardi B, who is divorcing Migos rapper Offset, revealed that he is the father of the third child she is expecting.
Cardi B and Offset got married in secret in 2017 and have since welcomed two children together: a son, Wave, who is two years old, and a daughter, Kulture, who is six. A third kid is expected.
According to American publication People, Cardi B is requesting primary custody of their children in the divorce petition.
