2027: ‘Chapter of Jonathan contesting against Tinubu’ – Deji Adeyanju reveals strong details

According to human rights attorney Deji Adeyanju, former president Goodluck Jonathan has shown no interest in running for president in 2027.

There has been conjecture on the former president’s potential return in 2027, according to ZINGTIE.

According to reports, Jonathan has been under increasing pressure from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to run against All Progressives Congress (APC) President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 election.

The former president has been silent on the subject, which has fueled further speculation that he has agreed to run for the top spot once more.

Deji, however, stated that the chapter is closed and that Jonathan is not interested in it in a post on his Facebook page on Monday.

He wrote, “GEJ is not interested in running for president in 2027. That chapter is closed. Anything you hear about GEJ is a distraction.”
