George Agbakahi, the Southeast Leader of the Tinubu Support Organization, has explained why Igbo will back President Bola Tinubu’s reelection.

Agbakahi stated that the Igbo people want to be involved in Nigerian politics in a Monday interview with Arise Television.

According to the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Tinubu has significantly improved Nigerians’ quality of life, particularly in the South-East.

He insisted that they want to unite and cast a resounding vote for Tinubu so he may carry on with his excellent efforts.

He claims that politics is extremely dynamic and that many things need to be taken into account for 2027.

“Igbos want to be in the mainstream politics of Nigeria. Southeast APC leadership and the people in the periphery have endorsed the president of this great country for a second tenure and we do not have any doubt that he will win this election.

“There are certain issues that occurred in the 2023 elections and we have learned from them. The issue of lack of unity among the APC members in the southeast,” he said.
