Aminat Ojerinde, a Nigerian woman who met the requirements to be interviewed by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited, talked about her experience.
The computer-based test (CBT) phase of the NNPC hiring procedure was followed by the interview.
The applicant described her experience and the amount of her transit subsidy in an X post by @aminat_ojerinde.
According to Aminat, the interview was organised and unlike from any other she had ever had.
She also highlighted the accreditation procedure as the aspect of the process that caught her attention.
Her words: “My NNPC interview experience was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. The process was well-structured, starting with smooth accreditation and an organized waiting area before proceeding to the panel room.
“What stood out the most was the encouraging atmosphere created by the staff, who consistently reminded us to stay positive and wished us luck.”
According to Aminat, the interview panel was made up of experts in their fields.
She said that the enquiries were technical in nature and had to do with her line of work.
The applicant said: “The interview panel consisted of highly skilled professionals who asked technical questions related to my field. It challenged me to improve and grow.”
Aminat disclosed in the comment section that she studied chemistry inn the university.
Aminat went on to say that the N100,000 she received as a transport subsidy from NNPC was the highlight of her interview experience.
It was a considerate move on the part of the NNPC, she said.
She stated: “A highlight of the experience was receiving a transport subsidy of ₦100,000, which was a thoughtful gesture Overall It was a great experience.”
