Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr expressed her excitement after taking the stage during Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres tour at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on Sunday night.

The globally acclaimed British band invited the Nigerian singer to join them as a surprise act midway through the show, which had football icon Lionel Messi and his wife, Antonela, among the audience.

Midway through the performance, the stadium erupted with cheers as Messi and Antonela were shown on the big screen, drawing loud applause from fans.

Ayra thrilled the crowd with her joint track with Coldplay, Good Feelings, and also performed her latest single, Hot Body, alongside the band’s frontman, Chris Martin.

Following the show, she took to social media to share her excitement about performing in front of the football legend.

She wrote, “I just performed hot body on stage with Coldplay !! And Messi was in the audience.”
