Policyholders of AXA Mansard Insurance have praised the insurer for its impactful “Partner-for-Life” campaign, which aimed to demonstrate the company’s commitment to standing by its customers through life’s challenges. The initiative, featuring Nigerian actor Adedimeji Lateef, highlighted the importance of meaningful actions over grand gestures in showing true love and care.

The campaign focused on reaching out to beneficiaries of AXA Mansard’s late customers’ life insurance policies, reminding them that they are not alone. The insurer’s CEO, Kunle Ahmed, visited women who had recently lost their husbands, presenting them with heartfelt gifts and personal messages. This gesture reinforced AXA’s message: “We are your partner for life.”

According to the company, this initiative provided comfort and support during a difficult time, demonstrating that AXA’s care extends beyond the policyholder to their loved ones. The insurer also celebrated moments of joy by visiting new mothers who had recently welcomed twins, surprising them with gifts and personal letters emphasising AXA’s enduring promise of partnership.

The mothers expressed their gratitude for the seamless and reassuring experience provided by AXA’s health insurance services, making their journey into motherhood a little easier. AXA Nigeria’s Chief Marketing Officer stated, “At AXA Nigeria, we understand that life is a mix of ups and downs. We want to be there for our customers through all of it.”
