Deji Adeyanju confirms Speed Darlington’s arrest by Burna Boy

Rapper Speed Darlington has been apprehended, according to well-known attorney and activist Deji Adeyanju. Darlington had reportedly been missing since Friday.

The rapper was detained in Lagos, according to Adeyanju, and sent to the Force Headquarters in Abuja.

The attorney, who withheld specifics, stated in a series of tweets on his X profile on Tuesday that the singer Burna Boy’s official complaint served as the basis for the arrest.

He wrote, “We just spent the last 30mins with Speed Darlington and he narrated how he was arrested in Lagos on Friday last week, moved around and eventually brought to Abuja. The petition against him was written by Burna Boy we can confirm.”

This happened just a few hours after Burna Boy and his group were charged by Speed Darlington’s mother for her son’s disappearance.

In a previous social media video, Darlington questioned Burna Boy’s Grammy award’s legitimacy. connecting the troubled American singer Diddy with Burna Boy.
