According to Doyin Okupe, a former director-general of Peter Obi’s 2023 presidential campaign committee, the South West will no longer tolerate insults to President Bola Tinubu.

He thinks that Tinubu is the South West’s greatest asset and should not be disparagingly discussed.

He made this claim on Monday during an appearance on Politics Today on Channels Television.

“From now on, we are no longer going to keep quiet for people who think they can just insult Bola Tinubu,” he said.

“Tinubu from the South West is the apple of our eyes. He is not doing wrong. If things are not looking well(now) they’ll look well because we know him.”

Despite the fact that the Tinubu administration’s policies are causing millions of Nigerians to suffer right now, Okupe believes there is no cause for complaint.
