In a 2019 interview with Delay, actor Kwaku Manu acknowledged repeatedly cheating on his wife.
The Kumawood actor said that there is nothing wrong with a man cheating on his partner and that men are inherently inclined to do so, seemingly as an explanation for his actions.
Noting that nine out of ten men are unfaithful in their relationships, he highlighted that it is tough for any guy to stay faithful to his wife.
“I cheated on my wife multiple times and I am not scared to admit it. The last time I cheated on her was two years ago, that’s all I can say. I can’t spill all my escapades here, there’s no need. Cheating on my wife isn’t a bad thing, that’s how men are built. The truth is bitter and we don’t want to admit it. Out of ten men, 9 of them cheat on their partners.
“I am even better than other men these days. As men, the temptations we face are not easy, it can get really crazy. Even angels couldn’t stand the temptation. God sent 200 angels to earth on a mission, and when they met the women here, none of them went back, they succumbed to these women.”
Asked if his wife was in the known, he stated, “She knows, I opened up to her about it.”
