The Brick by Brick campaign has achieved its objective, according to THE Independent and Refuge, owing to the amazing support of readers, companies, and well-known figures from around the world.

Two innovative shelters for women and children escaping domestic violence will be finished, transforming and saving lives. The first families will move into the newly constructed residences in early 2025.

The homes, which were built by Persimmon Homes, will have covert security features like CCTV and an arson-proof letterbox, allowing women, their kids, and any pets to start the healing process after trauma in a secure setting. For women and children living in unfathomable, everyday peril, the dwellings will offer an instant escape path.
