Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has made serious allegations against her colleague Iyabo Ojo, accusing her of calculated efforts to ruin her marriage and damage her personal image.
In an extended Instagram post shared on her fifth wedding anniversary, Lizzy claimed that Ojo orchestrated multiple harmful actions, including allegedly paying someone to secretly record her husband, falsifying a death certificate to solicit funds, and disseminating false information through various media outlets.
She also accused Ojo of using public sympathy to her advantage, which she says has brought emotional harm to her children.
The actress wrote in parts, “Happy 5th wedding anniversary to me and my crown.
“Dear Iyabo Ojo, marriage is about kindness and loyalty. It’s not about destruction but about building together, it’s about giving them a second chance to become a better version of themselves. A good marriage isn’t about tearing a family down; it’s about loving and building a family together.
“Iyabo Ojo, I still remember how you called me, claiming that Senator Melaye gave you a diamond wedding ring shortly after my wedding. I never knew it was a lie. Why did you cook up stories about getting a diamond ring? To do what again? Gangan.”
Amid their highly publicized feud, Iyabo Ojo had earlier filed a defamation lawsuit against Lizzy Anjorin, seeking ₦1 billion in damages.
The court later struck out the case and instead ordered Ojo to pay ₦500,000 in costs.
