Nigerian Breweries Plc has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a safe, caring, and inclusive work environment. According to Grace Omo-Lamai, Human Resource Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc, the company remains a great place to work and the leading employer of labour in Nigeria.

“We are a company that breeds a culture of passion, diversity, and inclusivity, recognising the importance of employees’ contributions to the overall growth of the business,” Omo-Lamai said during the 2024 pre-AGM media briefing in Lagos. “We have created an environment where all employees, regardless of gender or background, feel valued and empowered to contribute their best or perform optimally for greater productivity.

The company has also invested in capacity development programmes to enhance the skills of its workforce. “Over the last 12 months, we have invested a significant part of our resources in building capacity to unlock the potential of our workforce,” Omo-Lamai stated. “We occasionally initiate a series of programmes to help enhance the capacity of our workforce to perform excellently.”

Omo-Lamai emphasised that Nigerian Breweries offers diverse opportunities for employees to grow their careers and develop the capacity to manage different roles in different spheres of life. “We are a leading employer of labor in Nigeria, and we are committed to creating an environment where our employees can thrive and reach their full potential,” she added
