Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen may find himself facing uncertainty once again as the summer transfer window unfolds.

The Napoli striker had been linked with a potential move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.

However, according to a report from The Sun UK, the deal appears to have fallen through due to Osimhen’s steep wage expectations.

The report claims the 26-year-old is seeking a weekly salary of £500,000 a figure Al-Hilal is unwilling to meet.

Osimhen previously spent a successful loan spell at Galatasaray, where he delivered an outstanding performance, scoring 37 goals across all competitions for the Turkish champions.

With a permanent departure from Napoli still anticipated this summer, the destination of the Nigerian star remains uncertain for now.
