Osimhen named Sportsman of the Year in Turkey

According to ZINGTIE, Victor Osimhen won Sportsman of the Year at the 2025 GQ Türkiye Men of the Year Awards.

On Wednesday night, Osimhen was given the esteemed honor in a lavish ceremony.

The Nigerian international received recognition for his role in Galatasaray’s domestic double the previous season.

The 26-year-old scored 37 goals and provided seven assists for the Reds and Yellow in all competitions.

For Okan Buruk’s team this season, Osimhen has already scored 11 goals in 14 games.

He is the first person from Nigeria to receive this honor.
