An unidentified pastor has reportedly vacated an estate after failing to pay rent for seven years, with details of the situation emerging online.

The story was shared by @Kingleviconsult on TikTok.

According to @Kingleviconsult, he was recently appointed as the manager of the estate. During his review of the property records, he discovered that the tenant had not paid rent for seven years.

He also revealed that the landlady, who resides outside Nigeria, does not maintain detailed records of rent payments, which contributed to the delay in uncovering the issue.
