Rivers crisis: Lawyer, Ogwuche reveals what Tinubu will always do to Wike

According to legal expert Festus Ogwuche, President Bola Tinubu will consistently position Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), at an advantage amid the ongoing political tension in Rivers state.

During an interview on Arise Television’s ‘Prime Time’ on Tuesday, Ogwuche mentioned that Governor Siminalayi Fubara should have exercised more caution in his decision to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He stated that Fubara does not grasp the nature of the relationship between President Tinubu and the FCT Minister.

“Wike and Tinubu’s relationship goes beyond a godfather-godson relationship.

“It is deeper into certain undercurrents that we cannot fathom, and the president will always place Wike at an advantage in this crisis,” he said.
