Recently, Muhammad Diggol, the former Commissioner for Project Monitoring and Evaluation, and Dr. Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, the immediate past Secretary to the Kano State Government (SSG), paid Deputy Senate President Barau I. Jibrin a visit in Abuja.

All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain Barau highlighted the value of cooperation for sustainable development while posting pictures from the meeting on his official Facebook page.

He stated: “The development of our state and the country is always at the top of our agenda. We will continue to collaborate with other stakeholders to advance our state and nation.”

Reactions to the APC leader’s meeting with influential members of the ruling New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) have surfaced, and the meeting is perceived as part of continuous political contacts to shape Kano State’s growth.
