The Opta SuperComputer still believes Arsenal will end their 22-year wait for the Premier League title despite Manchester City’s late-season push.
Pep Guardiola’s heavily rotated side defeated Crystal Palace 3-0 on Wednesday night, with Erling Haaland not even leaving the substitutes’ bench.
The victory leaves City two points behind the Gunners, with both clubs having two matches remaining.
Opta has given Arsenal an 85.68 percent chance of emerging champions.
Mikel Arteta’s side will host already relegated Burnley before travelling to face Palace on the final day of the season.
The SuperComputer predicted that Arsenal would finish with around 83 points — the lowest tally for a Premier League title winner since Leicester City won the league with 81 points.
It also predicted that Manchester City would fall short by just three points.
