The Opta Supercomputer has predicted the Premier League title once again.
Liverpool is now the clear favourite to win the Premier League, according to the Supercomputer.
This follows Manchester City’s most recent loss to Brighton the previous Saturday.
Liverpool now leads the English Premier League table by five points after defeating Aston Villa 2-0.
The rest of the season is simulated 10,000 times using Opta’s supercomputer. The Reds currently have a 60.3% chance of winning the Premier League.
Compared to the preseason, when Arne Slot’s team was only given a 5.1% chance of winning the league title, that percentage is a startling leap.
The second favourite to win the title again is presently Man City.
After game week 11, Pep Guardiola’s team’s chances fell precipitously from 82.2% in the preseason to 34.3%.
In the meantime, Arsenal’s chances of winning the league for the first time since 2004 have also diminished.
The Gunners’ chances of winning the league are now down to 5%.
