US Election: Megan Thee Stallion, Quavo back Kamala Harris for President

Rappers Quavo and Megan Thee Stallion have added their names to the expanding list of celebrities who support Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee and the vice president of the United States.

Both of them appeared at Harris’s Atlanta event on Tuesday.

Quavo gave a speech and Megan enthralled the audience with a performance of her song “Savage.”

“My ladies in the crowd, if you want to keep loving your body, you know who to vote for,” Megan said during her performance, alluding to Harris’ support for abortion rights.

In his speech, Quavo emphasised Harris’ dependability and expressed his confidence that she will strengthen the laws preventing gun violence.

“One thing I learned about working with Vice President Harris is she always stands on business,” he said.

In November, Kamala Harris would compete against Republican Party presidential candidate Donald Trump in what is expected to be the most competitive race in American history.

Following President Joe Biden’s resignation for health reasons and his endorsement of Harris for the position, Harris emerged as the Democratic Party’s candidate.
