VIDEO: After saying Nigerians travel to UK under disguise of study, See what UK government did to the Nigerian man

According to reports, Emdee Tiamiyu, the Nigerian YouTuber who made waves at the BBC with his contentious interview regarding Nigerians travelling to the UK on student visas, was deported back to his home country of Nigeria.

This comes after he was detained on suspicion of stealing £160,000 (N300 million) from the UK government.

After requesting refuge, Tiamiyu allegedly misappropriated monies meant for his relocation and used them to construct a house in Ogun State, Nigeria.

His earlier interview apparently sparked a lot of discussion and had an impact on UK policy on Nigerian students, especially the ban on bringing family members unless they were enrolled in PhD programmes.

Remember how the media announced that Emdee Tiamiyu had been taken into custody in March 2023? According to the most recent rumours circulating, Emdee Tiamiyu was deported to Nigeria as he could not meet the Asylum requirement withing one year.
