A woman describes her unexpected run-in with a masquerade while traveling to a filming location, when the masquerade beat her.

On her way to a filming location, the woman @ifeomanebe claimed in a TikTok video that she was assaulted by a masquerade whip.

The woman in a tricycle, known locally as Keke Napep, chose to record the scene during the roadside masquerade parade.

She was allegedly photographing its movements when the creature suddenly lashed her as it got closer to the trike.

Reactions to the video were mixed as it went viral, with many people claiming that the woman was disciplined by the masquerade because she was filming it.
