A Nigerian lady described a startling experience she had with a man she was speaking with when he asked her to do a kidney match test for his ailing mother.

When the lady asked about his mother’s health in a WhatsApp conversation, she received an odd request. The man bemoaned his mother’s deteriorating health and inquired as to whether she would be open to undergoing a kidney donation compatibility test.

The woman was so taken aback by the request that she first questioned whether he was kidding. However, he maintained that it was an earnest request, adding that “true love doesn’t hold back.” By implying that such a move would demonstrate her love for him, he attempted to reassure her that it wasn’t a huge concern.

The woman was unimpressed and firmly refused, saying that even if she were to think about it, he would need to give her millions of naira to cover the donation and her entire recuperation.

When the man accused her of being a gold digger and said the kidney request was just a test of her character, the conversation swiftly soured. The woman blocked him on WhatsApp and retaliated with abuse.
