Isaac Mefo, an event director, has publicly refuted claims that his wife, Evelyn Isaac, has abused him at home.

A public outcry against Isaac was sparked by Evelyn’s Facebook accusations that he had physically assaulted her.

Isaac responded by disputing the allegations on his Facebook page, stating that he never touched his wife.

Instead, he claimed that Evelyn was responsible for a cult-related attack on him, from which he barely escaped, and that he was the victim of a planned assault.

In one of his messages, Isaac hinted at a fuller reaction to come,“Tomorrow, I will speak out, the cult guys didn’t kill me as planned. Just relax.”

In a different post, he cautioned against making snap judgments, stating,“Hey, don’t be so quick to judge! You never know what’s really going on behind the scenes. Let’s give each other the benefit of the doubt and hear the whole story before making up our minds. #DontJudge #HearMeOut.”

Dismissing the allegations entirely, he added,“Funny enough, I didn’t beat her.”
