Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has pledged to turn over a new leaf.

He made the vow after being granted a N2 million bail by an Ogun State Magistrate Court in Isabo, Abeokuta, on Thursday.

The Zazu crooner was charged by the Ogun State police for allegedly assaulting three officials from the Ogun Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA).

He was granted bail after pleading not guilty to five charges, including conspiracy, assault, possession of a cutlass and firearms with intent to cause harm, and behaving in an unruly manner.

Following his release on bail, Portable shared a video on social media where he promised to stop stirring trouble and concentrate on earning money.

The singer stated that he was seeking funds to meet his bail condition.

“My fans, thank God for everything. If you have God, you have everything. I need money. I am not looking for trouble anymore. I’m now focused on making money. I have N2 million bail debt. I need more money. I am looking for money,” he said.
