The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has placed a ban on well-known Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, over an alleged breach of airport security protocols.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria recently began an investigation into the musician’s reported misconduct during boarding procedures at the Abuja airport, which allegedly caused disruption to flight operations.
Reports indicate that on Tuesday, while preparing to board Flight VK201 from Abuja to Lagos, the artist was seen carrying a gold-colored flask containing an unidentified substance.
When asked by ground personnel to reveal the contents of the flask, the musician reportedly refused.
He was later observed drinking from it, leading staff to suspect it might contain alcohol—an item prohibited aboard aircraft within Nigeria.
