You may be astonished to discover that the king, who was once wise, wealthy, and powerful, had feelings for an African queen. Many people believe that Africa is not mentioned frequently in the Bible.

Malikat Saba, the Queen of Sheba, once visited King Solomon. During her stay, she presented him with gold, gemstones, and spices. She discovered his intelligence and challenged him with difficult questions, to which he responded brilliantly, bringing her great joy.

The ancient African kingdom of Sheba was located in the area that is now known as Ethiopia. This area is now managed by Ethiopia.

The Bible states that King Solomon fulfilled all the desires of her heart after spending a few years with her.

Because even the dirt in Sheba was more valuable than gold, King Solomon graciously invited the queen of that land to reside in his palace.

According to the tale, King Solomon deceived her into allowing him to have his way with her, resulting in the birth of his son, Menelik II. After the death of his mother, Menelik II ascended to the throne and became king.
