The Premier League has confirmed revised fixture dates for matches involving Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea as the season approaches its conclusion.

City’s rescheduled fixture against Crystal Palace will now be played on May 13, with kick-off set for 8pm.

Their clash with Bournemouth has also been moved to May 19, with kick-off at 7.30pm.

Arsenal’s final home match of the campaign against Burnley will serve as the last Monday Night Football fixture of the Premier League season and will be broadcast on May 18, with kick-off at 8pm.
