Music artiste Nissi has made a bold claim about her vocal ability, insisting that she sings better than her Grammy-winning brother, Burna Boy.

Speaking during an interview with Cool FM, Nissi claimed that Burna Boy himself agrees that she is the better singer.

However, she admitted that her famous brother is clearly ahead of her when it comes to rapping.

“I am better than Burna Boy at singing and almost everything. He is only better than me at rapping. We both actually agreed on the fact that I was a better singer,” she said.

Nissi began her music career in September 2016 with the release of her debut single, ‘Pay Attention.’

Since then, she has released several songs and projects while collaborating with Nigerian and international artistes, including Olamide and Fireboy DML.

Beyond music, Nissi has also built an impressive career in engineering and product design.

She was among members of the Jaguar Land Rover engineering team involved in designing and developing the 2023 Range Rover model.

The singer and designer also created the 2022 Havana Club X Burna project, which won the award for the most innovative product at Paris Packaging Week 2023.
