After a lengthy argument about his refusal to share his income, a Nigerian man has opened up about the emotional toll of his six-year relationship and revealed that his fiancée recently got married to someone else.

The man, who wrote his story anonymously, told how he found out his girlfriend was getting married while they were still dating in a post that went popular on X (previously Twitter).

He claims that his decision to keep his money a secret from her was the subject of their most recent quarrel, which took place only two months ago.

The man said he wasn’t devastated by the news, even though it was a startling discovery. As if nothing had changed, he went to the wedding instead, dancing and even throwing money.
