A Nigerian woman has demonstrated her development since starting a plantain frying business seven years ago.

The woman claimed that despite her modest beginnings, years of perseverance and dedication to the industry had finally paid off.

Before she brought the business to a profitable stage, she went through several stages of growth, which were depicted in her clip.

The woman (@tiktokjollyjoy) was in the market with bunches of plantains at the start of the video.

She was cooking the plantain in her compound in the second picture. After that, she switched to a gas-powered industrial cooker and a bigger frying pan.

As is typical of many one-man operations, she had a significant role in the branding of the company in its early years.

From there, she expanded to an office and rose to the position of CEO. The woman’s perseverance was commended by many.
