Arsenal legend, Ray Parlour, has identified the striker he believes the club should target as a potential replacement for Gabriel Jesus.
He noted that the Brazilian forward is keen on getting consistent playing time and hinted that a move away from the club could be on the horizon.
Parlour also recommended that Arsenal consider pursuing Julian Alvarez, who currently plays for Atletico Madrid.
The former midfielder made these remarks during a recent interview with Metro via BetMGM.
“(Gabriel) Jesus might leave Arsenal at the end of the season, he’s at that age where he wants to be playing week in, week out,” Parlour stated.
“(Julian) Alvarez would be a fantastic option to have with his pace and what we saw at Manchester City.”
