The Forum of Fulbe Professionals in Africa (FOFPRA), a Fulani socio-cultural organisation, has urged President Bola Tinubu to launch a comprehensive investigation into the killing of eleven Fulani youths in Kaduna State’s Laduga Grazing Reserve area, which is purportedly the result of actions by Nigerian military troops.
The group raised worry over the purported silence of the government and rights groups regarding the occurrence.

In a statement, FOFPRA urged President Tinubu to send a capable investigative team to Kaduna State to piece together the events leading up to the Fulani youngsters’ killings.

The group demanded that the military officers responsible be held accountable for their conduct, claiming that the executions were senseless and violent.

The group underlined that in order to secure justice and stop more lousy press against the administration on security-related issues, the implicated military officers must be removed immediately and prosecuted.
