Heineken Lokpobiri, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), revealed how the Federal Government recruited international investors to increase oil production to 1.8 million barrels per day.

The presidential order to increase oil output to a sustainable level sparked the oil sector’s transition, the oil minister revealed in a statement on Monday.
