A Nigerian man has resorted to social media to ask for assistance, saying that he is unable to sleep because of the numerous Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) branches that have surrounding his home.
He bemoaned the fact that churches are situated in front of, behind, and next to his home, and that they hold services day and night in a TikTok post that went viral.
He said that the incessant noise was making it difficult for him to fall asleep at any time and was beginning to negatively impact his health.
He asserts that Pastor Enoch Adeboye is in charge of the Redeem churches.
He said that the constant activities had started to negatively impact his health and accused them of causing noise pollution.
He begged Nigerians to step in, desperate for relief, saying: “Nigerians, please help me! Pastor Adeboye’s people won’t let me rest. There’s a church at my back, another at the front, and one beside me—all of them are RCCG! They are all practicing at the same time. What should I do?”
“I can’t sleep at night, I can’t sleep during the day. Please save me from Pastor Adeboye’s people. Noise pollution is affecting my brain; don’t let my head scatter. Please, don’t let me die!”
