Man who abandoned girlfriend during pregnancy reacts after seeing baby’s photo

A Nigerian woman recently talked about her traumatic experience with her former partner, who left her when she was pregnant.

Social media users responded to the touching video by sharing their own experiences of grief and heartbreak.

The video, which was shared on TikTok by @mhaycakes, showed the woman’s precarious path from learning she was pregnant to the father’s refusal to acknowledge their child.

He refused to meet his daughter despite her attempts to get in touch, saying he needed to have his girlfriend’s approval.

The woman shared a video that described her encounter, saying: “POV: You decided to give love another chance. He give me belle run o. Nawa o. I later born am sha. I no send the pikin back to God. I have showed him the baby’s picture, asked him to come see her and he said he wanted to take permission from his girlfriend.”
