Mum who married her own son reveals the moment she knew there was a ‘spark’ between them

A mother who wed her own son has shared the exact moment she realised there was something special between them.

In a Kazan restaurant on Friday, October 20, Aisylu Chizhevskaya Mingalim, 53, and her adopted son Daniel Chizhevsky, 22, tied the knot.

Experts in child welfare were shocked by the decision, since Daniel resided in an orphanage and musician Aisylu had taught singing to him when they first met. At the time, he was just 13 years old, and Aisylu had been raising him since he was 14.

She told the local press that when she brought the adolescent home, a romance began. She said: “Our relationship is perfect. We can’t live without each other. We are on the same wavelength.”

Aisylu’s five adopted children—four girls and one boy—have been taken from her custody by officials, and she intends to go for Moscow in an attempt to retain custody of them. She has expressed dissatisfaction over some being returned to assisted living facilities while others were reunited with family members.

In addition, Mingalim has a biological son from a previous union. According to local media, she met orphans while working on a film project for a Tatarstan TV station, which led her to start adopting children. Currently, she is preparing to leave Tartarstan, bringing her adoptive children with her to Moscow “where they can live freely” along with her new husband.

Now, Aisylu intends to depart for Moscow in an attempt to reunite with her other adopted children.

Another mother, Patricia Spann, married two of her biological children earlier this year and expressed interest in pursuing a relationship with the third. Spann’s oldest son called her “worthless,” “disgusting,” and a “predator,” claiming she tried to woo him.

In September 2016, Cody Spann told People, “I think she’s just a sick, twisted individual that has something messed up in her head.” When the authorities inadvertently uncovered the horrible love triangle, the family was shattered and the mother and daughter were imprisoned.
